By Kylie was founded in June 2024 by Hasan Tahir and is operated as a sole-owner-led business with a strong focus on product quality and customer satisfaction.

Orders & Shopping
5. Where do you ship from and where do you deliver?
We currently ship orders within Sweden only. We do not offer international delivery at this time.
6. Are there any hidden fees at checkout?
No. There are no hidden charges. The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay.
7. Do you charge shipping fees?
No. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Sweden.
Order Processing & Delivery
8. How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after placement. Weekday orders are usually processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may take slightly longer.
9. How long does delivery take after shipping?
Estimated delivery time is 5 to 20 business days after dispatch. Most orders arrive within 20 business days. Delivery times can vary depending on courier operations, weather, or other external factors.
10. What is the difference between processing time and shipping time?
Processing time is the time needed to prepare and dispatch your order. Shipping time is the transit time after the package has been sent. These are two separate stages.
11. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a personal tracking number.
12. How can I track my order?
You can track your shipment using the tracking number through our Track & Trace page or via our shipping partner’s tracking system. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after dispatch.
Delivery Issues
13. What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package is significantly delayed or marked as lost, please contact our support team. We will first attempt to reship the item at no extra cost. If delivery still cannot be completed, a full refund will be issued.
14. Who is responsible if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details.
Returns & Refunds
15. Do you offer a return policy?
Yes. You have the right to return all or part of your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
16. What conditions must be met for a return?
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received, preferably in the original packaging.
17. Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are not refundable.
18. How do I start a return?
You must email our support team to request a return. After approval, you will receive the correct return address and instructions. You must send the package with tracking and share the tracking code with us.
19. How long do refunds take?
Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5 working days. It may take an additional 7 to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Cancellations
21. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be canceled within 30 minutes of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
23. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery and send clear photos of the product, the damaged area, and the shipping label. This helps us review and resolve the case quickly.
24. Will I receive a refund for a damaged item?
For the first damaged delivery, we send a free replacement instead of a refund. If the replacement also arrives damaged or incorrect, a full refund will be issued.
