How nice that you are trying to contact us! Do you have a question about your package? Then first read our FAQ below as it contains the most common questions. You will probably find the answer here! If not, you are always welcome to contact us.

  1. Where is my package?
    Our packages have an average delivery time of 5-20 business days . This is because we are a company that cares about the world and nature, so we do not ship orders daily. We collect orders in bulk and when we reach our minimum limit, we ship everything at once. We hope you understand this and want to help us contribute to a better and healthier world.

  2. It's been 20 business days and I still haven't received my package?
    We are sorry that this has happened... Have you checked your tracking number ? Sometimes packages get stuck in customs . Please wait another 7 days . We apologize for the inconvenience, but we see that in 95% of cases the package is finally delivered. Have you waited 20 business days and another 7 days? Contact us and we will find a solution together.

  3. Where can I find my tracking number?
    Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number . It will take approximately 3-5 business days for you to receive your tracking number. Also check your spam folder , as our emails sometimes end up there. Please note that it may take a few business days for your tracking number to become active.

  4. How can I track my order?
    You can track your order using the tracking number that you received via email. Enter the tracking number on our tracking page to see the status of your delivery. You can do this on this page.

  5. I am not satisfied with my package.
    Contact us with an explanation and photo/video of the problem, and we will help you as quickly as we can.
