Ordering, delivery and shipping

We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as easy as possible for our customers. Should you have any questions or encounter any other problems, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service. Below we explain how your order is processed and delivered.

  1. Placing an order

The ordering process at By Kylie is designed to be as simple as possible. First, on the product page, you need to add the desired product to the shopping cart. This is done by clicking on the black button with the text "Add to cart".

It is important to check that you have selected the correct variants. If everything looks good, click the "Proceed to checkout" button. On the information page, fill in the correct address details; make sure that all details are filled in correctly. Once these details are filled in correctly, you can click the "Proceed to shipping" button.

The "Shipping" page provides the opportunity to double-check the address details you have entered. You can also see that every shipment is delivered completely free of charge. As a token of appreciation for our customers, we always cover shipping and delivery costs. You can now proceed by clicking the "Proceed to payment" button.

On the payment page you have several payment options to choose from. At By Kylie, all payment options are protected with SSL encryption, which means you are always assured of a secure payment environment with us.

Swedish customers:

  • Klarna (pay later)
  • Credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa)
  • Paypal

Once you have selected the correct payment method, click the "Complete Order" button, and you will be directed to the secure payment environment for the payment method you have selected. Follow the instructions on the page to complete your order. If you experience any problems placing your order, you can always contact us.

Shipping costs
We cover the shipping costs for each order. All our products are delivered 100% free to your home with no hidden costs. There is no minimum order quantity.

  1. Delivery of your order

Have you found the perfect look or accessory on our website? Of course you want to start enjoying it as soon as possible! That's why we make sure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

In order to offer fair prices on our products, we have chosen to collect packages in bulk and when we reach our minimum limit, we will send them all at once. We hope you understand this and help us create a better and more sustainable world.

Please note: Like many other online stores, we are experiencing higher traffic and delays may occur. Please keep this in mind when ordering. We will do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Below you will see the average time frame for our packages:

  • After you place an order, we need 1-3 business days to process your order. On weekdays it will take 1 business day, but if you order on Friday evening or during the weekend it may take a little longer.
  • Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and it will take an average of 20 business days for your order to be delivered.
  • Once you have placed an order, you can easily see when your package will arrive in a few days. You will receive a personal tracking number via email which you can use to follow your order via our partner ParcelsApp. See our Track & Trace page for how this works.

  1. Delivery of your order

Once your order has been delivered, you can enjoy it! Of course, something can always go wrong. Do you want to exchange or return? Then check out this page .

Defective product?
How sad! Unfortunately, it is possible that your product may be damaged during transport. For this reason, we always send a new product free of charge the first time and unfortunately cannot issue a refund. If the product arrives defective a second time, we will refund the full amount.

Lost package?
If a package has been lost or has not been delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send a new package before applying our return and refund policy.

Customs duties
In some cases, customs may carry out an inspection of the package delivered to you. Unfortunately, the legislation has changed from July 1, 2021, and we unfortunately have no influence on this. In some cases, customs may charge a small fee. Don't worry! We see that this will not happen in 99% of cases. If customs fees are nevertheless charged, please contact us.

Delivery when you are not at home or to a post office
If a package is delivered to your door or left at a post office, By Kylie has already paid the cost of delivery. If the package is not received or not collected from the post office, it will be automatically returned to the supplier, and we reserve the right to deduct €15 from the amount you receive back.

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR DATA?

When you purchase something from our store as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you provide, such as your name, address, and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address to provide us with information that helps us learn more about your browser and operating system. How do you get my consent?

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are legally required to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, your credit card information is stored by Shopify. It is encrypted using the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction information is only retained for as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After the transaction is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways comply with PCI-DSS standards, which are managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a collaborative project between brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

SECTION 5 - THE CLEAR

In order to offer you Klarna's payment methods, we may need to send your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna at checkout so that Klarna can assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to customize these payment methods for you. Your transferred personal data will be processed in accordance with Klarna's own privacy policy."

In Switzerland, Klarna offers its services together with its subsidiary Billpay. If you exchange personal data with Klarna and Billpay, you must explain this in your privacy policy and link to Klarna's and Billpay's local privacy policies. Google Analytics: Our store uses Google Analytics to help us understand who visits our website and which pages are visited.

SECTION 7 - SAFETY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry standards to ensure that it is not unreasonably lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

When you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL) and stored using AES-256 encryption. While no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we comply with all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

SECTION 8 - COOKIES

Here is a list of the cookies we use. This data is used to send you targeted marketing information and messages. When text messages are sent, your phone number is transferred to an SMS operator to ensure the delivery of the messages. If you wish to opt out of marketing SMS and messages, please reply STOP to each mobile message sent by us or use the unsubscribe link provided in each of our messages. You are aware and agree that alternative unsubscribe methods, such as the use of other words or requests, are not considered appropriate unsubscribe methods. Message and data rates may apply.
